Re: first snow

Well actually it's the second, but the first one didn't stick and the sun was shining. It snowed all day yesterday, causing beautiful scenes, longing-to-snowboard-in-powder insanity, Christmas music to get stuck in my head, and eventually icy roads. Powderhorn cannot open soon enough! My back had better hurry up and recover!!!

is snowboarding season here yet?

i am soooooooo excited to hit the slopes, in fact it's the main reason i decided to start working out. i mean, i do want to lose weight of course, but i knew that i needed to get in shape for the season or i would not be able to stay on the slopes all day without injuring myself. Weightlifting is going well and i have yet to get my board tuned up (next paycheck is looking hopeful, however) but i can hardly wait to hit the slopes! i hope to be taking lots of photos and video, too.
